Entrepreneur Solutions Mentoring Program Participation Agreement

The purpose of the Entrepreneur Solutions Mentoring Program is to establish mutually beneficial relationships between you, the entrepreneur, and an assigned mentor. The following is a basic outline of the program requirements. If you are in agreement, please click the box at the bottom of the page and proceed to the application.

Entrepreneur

1. Entrepreneur agrees to respect the mentor’s time
2. Entrepreneur agrees to notify the mentor and NVTC if mentor assistance is no longer needed

Mentor

1. Mentor agrees to commit at least one year to the program, however, relationship may continue longer if both parties agree
2. Mentor agrees to have one initial in-person meeting with the participant
3. Unless otherwise determined by the mentor, the participant may contact mentor once a week
4. Mentor is strongly encouraged to share and/or introduce participant to applicable business contacts

NVTC

1. NVTC agrees to provide participants with a qualified mentor based on the criteria participant provides
2. NVTC agrees to provide participants with a different mentor if the designated mentor is not following guidelines or is a bad match
3. NVTC provides these rules as a guideline; mentors and participants may establish their own guidelines to follow, if desired
