ADVISORY SESSION :

Entrepreneurs are invited to participate in Step 3. The Entrepreneur SOLUTIONS Advisory Session offers an intensive, three-hour consulting session with a team of experts. This program provides a customized session to address the challenges of entrepreneurial companies.

HOW IT WORKS :

Entrepreneur SOLUTIONS will assemble a cross-functional team of seasoned professionals from a pool of advisors whose backgrounds include accounting, legal services, business planning, sales and marketing, financing, among others. Once your team of 3-4 advisors is selected, we will schedule an intensive three-hour session for you to meet with your team of experts to address your specific management needs.

You will be asked to provide the agenda and to conduct the meeting. A facilitator will be assigned to help guide you through the program and ensure you get the most out of the session.
