Produced by the Northern Virginia Technology Council with participation by the Tech Council of Maryland June 3, 2008, marks the twelfth year for the Greater Washington Technology CFO Awards. The prestigious awards recognize Chief Financial Officers and Financial Executives for extraordinary achievement and excellence in promoting the development of the Greater Washington region's technology community. Area leaders from many industries alike attend the Annual CFO Awards Banquet. The CFO of the Year and Division/Group CFO of the Year awards are presented to CFOs for outstanding contributions to his/her company's performance and accomplishments as well as to the Greater Washington region's technology community as a whole. The Community Service Award is presented to a Chief Financial Officer or Financier who, in addition to excelling professionally, has given time and energy to improving the Greater Washington region's technology community. The Hall of Fame Award recognizes a Chief Financial Officer or Financier whose contribution has significantly and uniquely impacted the Greater Washington region's technology community during the course of his/her career.
