NVTC Foundation's Veterans Employment Initiative (VEI) Veteran Service Award

Thank you for applying for the 2019 VEI Veteran Service Award, the Northern Virginia Technology Council Foundation’s recognition of an NVTC member company that has gone the extra mile to both hire and support military Veterans and their families. Your nomination will be reviewed and scored by an independent three-person selection panel. This award will be presented to one company that demonstrated a superlative level of engagement with the VEI and support to the Veteran and military community from
July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
The winner will be honored at NVTC’s Tech 100 event on December 9, 2019 at The Ritz-Carlton, Tysons Corner.

Provide your "in-house" best practices” for hiring and retaining Veterans and military spouses such as: referral program, Veteran/Military spouse specific career site, military service recognition, onboarding and mentoring program, volunteer service opportunities or establishing a military employee resource group.
